1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Henoc Marketing website and our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you disagree with any part, do not use our services.

2. Services

Henoc Marketing offers artificial intelligence agent services, digital marketing, web development and software development. Specific details of each service are agreed upon in individual contracts with each client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons and software, is the property of Henoc Marketing and is protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

Henoc Marketing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the contracted services.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms are established in each project's individual contract. Initial consultations are free. Monthly services: 6-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. If you cancel within the first 30 days, we refund your first monthly fee (setup, ad spend and usage are non-refundable). From day 31, the 6-month minimum applies.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
